Citywide Van Sales

Bought a van from here not even owned for 9 months and its had loads of massive issues bought it with a warranty but that wasn't worth the paper its written on. Been trying to get it back in to get the head gasket sorted but being constantly delayed by the sales team.ended up having to part ex the van to get a more reliable van and lost so much of the value of the van and the cost of repairs that have been done that should have been covered by the warranty but had to pay it all off my own back .not at all happy with the van.so if you are thinking of buying a van from here dont .

Been looking for a ranger for a while. Saw one on AA. clicked to express interest. Simon phoned the next day. I paid a £200 deposit to keep the van until I could get to go see and test drive. Gary met me at the dealership. Van was a very good price. Didn't try to sell me anything extra. The price I saw was the ENTIRE price I paid. No faf. Great service.

AVOID!!Got our family tourneo from there and it was straight into the garage after a month with electrical faults. Then the belt went and destroyed the engine within a couple of months even though we hadn't even added a thousand miles to it! it was under warranty but they wouldn't honour it. £8500 later to give it a whole new engine rebuild, then the coolant has gone as there is a leak, and more electrical faults. Leaking roof too and air conditioner had to be fixed at our cost as only throws out hot air! They are cowboys. we are massively out of pocket and our van has spent more time in the garage than out. Hate them for what our family has had to go through. After spending £17000 to buy it then having to fork out £8500 to add a new engine!?! wth! disgraceful company. don't forget to add on the additional costs of AA Breakdown after we were left stranded on the busy A road with twins babies and 3 other children on the embankment in the rain!!

Echo what others have said. Van advertised with less mileage than it actually had done. Delivered to South East with petrol light on, basically too tight to pay fuel. Service history and spare key took two months to arrive. Van is ok but customer service pretty shambolic after initial purchase.

Bought a kangoo van here I found Simon and brother Gary very polite ,positive no hassle, after sales service excellent, certainly buy here again

Bought a Van ( for Taxi ) from citywide Van Sales. Dealt with Simon from the beginning to the end and he couldn’t be anymore helpful than what he was . Saw the van on eBay and called him up . Once spoke to him I paid a deposit of £200 to keep the van on hold . Then 2 days later I went to test drive the van which I did and I was happy with everything so I bought the van and drove home with it . A few days later the automatic transmission started having problems. Called Simon who advised me to take it to a garage or he can get someone to come and pick up the van to take it back to him for repair. So Simon sent some one to pick the van from Essex Which is over 200 miles away from Cardiff and left me with a courtesy car to get by in the min time . He then repaired the van and dropped it back to me and it’s driving perfectly fine . So thanks to Simon and his team .

Simon was great. The price for the car I bought was fair, the service provided was friendly, he gave me a good price for my old car, made sure my new car had a service and new MOT and made the whole experience very easy. Thoroughly recommend this company to buy from

Bought a van from here a few weeks back and would highly recommend. An issue with the van appeared a few days after purchase and it was collected from me, repaired and returned in less that 24 hours. No pushy sales nonsense when buying and Simon was extremely helpful, I’ll certainly be back.
