HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company had a blocked drain was able to call out within a couple of hours while I was out at work too and very easily paid won't go anywhere else now

Really great service - sent a text asking if an outside drain could be unblocked. The gent from Dial a Drain said yes and was at the door within 20 minutes. Quick, friendly and efficient service, not to mention well priced - a lot cheaper than the big companies!!

Was very worried about my outdoor drain as it was really badly blocked. Called and was out within 2 days. Was on the school run when he arrived and told him to work away. Was amazed that by the time I got back (5 minutes later) he was finished and the drain was clear! Highly recommend

Great service - came out the next day and even waited for me as I wasn't in when they called. Sorted out the problem, gave me advice on how to prevent it happening again and everything is back working again. Would highly recommend

After a few days he came and cleaned one pipe with pressure hose, drains leading into it still not going down but said that once sewer emptied it would clear itself, that they were only at a high level because of the septic tank. Charged £60 cash. Once tank emptied a few days later the drains would still not go down so still blocked. After a couple of calls he would not answer the phone so he doesn't care about his work or 'guarantee'.

Rang after 5 and this man was out before 8 the next morning, had a horrible problem with a blocked soil stack and he had it sorted within half an hour. Very reasonable to pay!
