Omega Boutique

I have bought 3 items from the Omega Boutique and spoken with Robert there multiple times by e-mail and on the phone. Robert in particular is terrific. Incredibly helpful. There's no salesmanship, pressure or awkwardness. Compared to other local Jewellery stores/watch sellers, the Omega Boutique really stands out. They prioritise Customer Service and when you're buying something expensive, this matters a lot.

Collected something very special today for my 50th Birthday . Liam and Anna were absolutely fantastic today. Zak Coils17 reviews·1 photoa day agoNEWI popped into the metro center store on Wednesday morning to have a look at the Omega watches, I received first class service from Abby and Isabella (sorry if I've spelt your names wrong) you's are a credit to the company and I hope to deal with you again sometime in the near future!Nothing was too much trouble, this was my first luxury watch, they really helped me make the right decision the experience was amazing! There customer service skills were brilliant!I was dressed to go to work, I didn't receive a warm welcome in another very well known jewellers. However, when I walked into Beaverbrooks I was made to feel very special, I was offered a seat and a drink and the girls showed me all the different designs explained all of the features and helped me pick the right watch for me!Thanks again I love my seamaster and hopefully I'll be back soon to see you guys for the next one!Zak

Spoke to two staff at this Beaverbrooks - a gentleman in the main store and the lady who looks after this boutique. Brilliant customer service - helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Lovely atmosphere in the store. Miles better than the various high-end jewellers in Newcastle. Highly recommended if you're in the market for an Omega.

Finally, my phone call arrived from Johnny to say the Omega Seamaster Professional Green dial had arrived! Absolutely over the moon with the watch. Johnny and Kaci in store were really brilliant with me and were genuinely happy for me to be receiving the watch. I have a couple of nice watches that I have bought from other stores. This is the first time dealing with this store. They were far and away the best store for everything from communications, sales and customer service. Thank you so so very much for making my day!
