Trying to return a broken binstore ordered via @banq. BandQ are awful at customer service. Apparently Yodel called at my property but no one was in at the time, funny how we were clearing our garage out at the time of collection!

Fabulous company!Had some issues brought about by the delivery company but cheaper online dealt with them immediately, resending products out and communicating every step of the way.Fantastic items and great customer service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Ordered an outdoor storage cabinet from Cheaper Online LTD through The Range. After one day on rain it had a large puddle of water in the bottom so I requested a refund. After the courier they organised failed to collect the order twice, Cheaper Online LTD are now ignoring my emails and holding my refund. They have had now held onto £100 of my money for over 5 weeks. I tried engaging patiently and politely but they have just fobbed me off. An absolute joke of a company.

First class service from this company. The glider seat arrived a day earlier that stated on order. Delighted with this product which looks even better than shown on their website and now has pride of place on our patio. It was very straightforward to put together. Would have every confidence to use this company again. Thank you to all at Cheaper Online, excellent service.

Avoid - I ordered from Cheaper online LTD through B&Q - I ordered 2 pairs of black external garden chairs and after having them in the garden less than 24 hours (time and date from photos too delivery prove this) and a sprinkling of rain, I have had my new patio completely ruined with staining - unable to get off with heavy duty cleaner.I returned in store to B&Q who could not have been more accommodating and helpful and gave me a full refund and helped me get in contact with Cheaper Online Ltd.Since I had a full refund from B&Q the refund money was not the issue, but I am now left with a new patio costing in the £thousands ruined! I asked if they could recommend or send cleaning products or organise professionals to come and attempt to rectify this issue and they simply said “CLAIM ON YOUR HOME INSURANCE”Great - I have home insurance and I am sure it will pay out - but what about my insurance premium as these insurances clearly state this will rise whether it be a fault or non fault claim.This is all I got back from Aiden at Cheaper Online Ltd who had failed to reply to any email correspondence since me explaining why I did not want to claim on my house insurance.Shocking customer service - chasing responses to an outcome that it some what diabolical! I would NOT buy from here as you could be left with a costly rectification.Please see photos attached. I have videos showing the rusty water coming from the chairs but I can’t see how to upload videos.If Cheaper Online wish to respond to this I will respond back with my email correspondence with themselves which clearly shows the poor customer service given.

I have had several Christmas products from these guys, each time the products have been accurately described on the website and true to that description on arrival. Very fast delivery service. I have never needed to contact the customer service department and I expect I will continue to be a customer for quite some time yet. Excellent!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!Ordered a Christmas Tree Skirt through The Range (sold and fulfilled by Cheaper Online) and it is by far the worst and most badly made Christmas product I have ever had the misfortune of buying! When it arrived it already had lots of the grey paint chipping off! Got much worse when assembling and is made so poorly/cheaply. The metal fixings were all bent and did not fit through the holes provided to keep it together. Had to punch holes with a screwdriver through the wicker to get it to fit and then even more paint came off! You can even see the state of the peeling paint on the pictures they have uploaded to market it on their own website…had we seen these instead of the fake ones on the Range website we would not have ordered!!! Cannot believe you actually have the audacity to sell this product!!!

My garden umbrella broke within 3 months, which had been purchased from Cheaper Online via B & Q. The sale was fine, the return and delivery of a replacement less so. Many emails and phone calls and waiting around for TWO collection/ delivery companies, when the logical and 'green' option would be ONE journey to swap items. Not impressed.EDIT: Replacement also had to be returned. The whole process from initial complaint to date, has taken two months. That's. Two. Months!
