I recently purchased a Kinetico water softener from this company. it is a family run concern which meant personal, friendly service and swift installation. Excellent after sales service too, as had some teething problems after which meant they had to come out and rectify and they did this promptly. Paul, the proprietor/owner is a great guy who will come to your home and discuss your needs and everything after that is very slick, Would definitely recommend. Plus everytime you call, you speak to a human being which is very rare in this day and age.
