I came here on a Sunday around lunch time. Lovely little café! My husband and I loved the food, we were happy with the vegan options. I had a vegan BLT, omg, I would definitely recommend to everyone! It was super tasty and it came with colourful salads. Friendly staff, thank you! x

We had lunch here, we ordered one bacon, brie and cranberry toasted sandwich and one Mediterranean tart. The sandwich was full of bacon and both meals were served with a colourful and delicious salad. A very enjoyable lunch. Very pleasant staff.

Lovely staff. Warm welcome and great food. Polly if your reading this your table decoration of red tiny apples. The are apples to make apple jelly.. we checked seeing a tree in Oakchurch garden centre.

You would think that a coffee shop would focus on doing coffee right. Flat white and Amercano both made scalding hot. Completely wrecking the coffee taste. This is surely an issue with staff training. If the owner reads this they should maybe make sure that their staff understand how to make coffee. Sure they have spent a fortune on a coffee machine too. What a waste!

Me and my husband visited Polly at No10 this Monday, my husban had the best sandwich with bacon and I had my with chicken, served with nice salad. The staff was amazingly friendly, smilling, cheerful, the enviroinment very comfortable. Polly is beautiful nice lady with a lot of creativity for the details. Thank you guys, you make our stay in Hereford even better.

Excellent coffee and food. Cosy, tasteful atmosphere. The salads that come with the jacket potatoes are unlike any other - as in they actually have flavour and variety rather than an afterthought.

Who on earth serves a breakfast bap with salad! Prices on table menu's and chalkboard differ for the same items, sort it out. Toilet out of order due to broken seat, well how about letting customers make their own minds up if this is going to be a problem to them.Shall not be returning.

This is a charming little place which feels like a lovely Parisian cafe. There are good vegan options. I had the vegan BLT which was very generously filled and very tasty. It also came with a lovely portion of salad which was way better than the two lettuce leaves and a sliced cherry tomato you get most places. There were also proper quality crisps. My wife had the baked potato with falafel and hummus which also had a generous and tasty salad. The coffee was good too and the people working there were lovely. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Hereford

Such a lovely cafe. The decor is charming and the food is excellent. Everything freshly made, which sets Polly's apart. Definitely worth stopping by..
