I personally have been buying all of my hoover needs for the last 20 years, from dyson to numatic machines they have never failed me. James and Marc are a cracking pair of blokes and always happy to help out and advise where necessary. The last time I purchased from them James even threw in a little freebie which is always refreshing when big retailers reward their loyal customers. Also young sam in the warehouse has always been a great helping hand servicing my machines and replacing motors where appropriate (silly me lol). Quick note folks *don't suck water up your numatic henry* - cheers sam. Anyways 5* review cracking bunch of lads, would definitely recommend customer service is just as good as the products they sell.
