From our initial meeting with Derek to fruition of this project, we were totally delighted with better decking. Derek went above and beyond in helping us with picking board, railings and giving us sound advice. Derek recommend a great carpenter to fit our deck which was top workmanship. We’re over the moon with our decking we have created another room to our house. We are delighted we choose Derek and Better decking it’s really a top class product. We installed two decks and railings over last five years and in both cases dealt with Derek and Better Decking. We are delighted with both decks in relation to quality and price . We are totally satisfied with our BetterDeck both with the quality of the product - VertGrain grey on aluminium framework - and with the quality of installation. Derek arranged delivery on time and Chris and Pat who laid it could not have been more helpful. The deck now connects the house to the small garden with a sense of elegance and refinement.
