My experience of Murray Properties Kirkcaldy, Fife, Rental services has been excellent. The service they provided & continue to provide has been first class. Every step taken to place a tenant into the property has been professional. From being given accurate advice on preparation of the property to meet legal requirements, to the placing of an excellent tenant in situ. Harry listened to my concerns and hopes for the right tenant to be matched up with the property, and delivered exactly what he said he would.I have found their workmen to be of a high standard and all works carried out as requested, all at a very reasonable price.I can thoroughly recommend the use of Murray Properties services as trustworthy and good value. Harry and his Team are well worth entrusting your property with. I have peace of mind knowing my property is well cared for, and that the tenant is being provided a good and trustworthy service.

I have been a tenant with Murray Properties for just over 15 months and I cannot praise them highly enough. I am also a disabled person who has extra requirements when it comes to accessibility, local amenities and the set-up/layout of the property.Firstly, I've had to move within Fife for work, which they mad incredibly easy by giving me the chance to view properties before they went onto the market. They also carried my pre-existing tenancy agreement over to the new place, so I'm under the same familiar terms and conditions, and they were also able to carry my deposit across, so I didn't have to find more money. The new place is slightly cheaper and that fact didn't impact them helping me at all. Indeed, Harry knows me well enough that he was able to accurately advise me of whether a property would be suitable, when considering my disability and needs, before I even viewed it.Next, communication, generally, has been excellent. From our first interaction over a year and a half ago to today they have been clear, upfront, forthright and open about everything. A great example of this is the ease of the recent flat switch where Harry clearly laid out my options early on. He kept up regular contact about upcoming properties in my desired area and the whole process from my first enquiry about moving to actually being moved took about 4.5 weeks.With regards to maintenance and safety checks any issues, and they have only been very minor, such as replacing a kitchen tap, the team at Murray Properties, and their contractors, have been on the ball constantly. I have been through 2 of the annual Gas Safety checks with them, at my previous property. These checks were arranged weeks in advance, I was given a reminder, I was given the contact details for the gentleman coming to do the work and the work itself was done efficiently and accurately. It was also done rather quickly. I am 100% confident that any tradesman that Murray Properties sends out to me is highly competent, diligent, reliable and also polite. I have no concerns whatsoever that the work would be substandard or cause any issues to me.I have lived all over the UK and, consequently, dealt with a number of Agencies and Landlords. Some of them have been good, some bad and some decent. It is clear in my mind however that Murray Properties, and particularly Harry who works there, have been, and continue to be, by far the best Agency I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I am fortunate to have been spared any major maintenance issues, though if one were to occur, then I have no doubt that the team would work rapidly to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.It is important to add here, for clarity, that I have never either missed or been late on a rent payment, so that certainly goes in my favour in my interactions with them.If you are looking for an agency that actually looks after its' tenants then, honestly, look no further. You really couldn't do any better than them.
