Heritage INEOS Grenadier & Premium 4x4's
Heritage delivered my new Ineos Grenadier in July in a horrific condition (paintwork damage, unclean, covered in bird poo) with a total lack of attention to detail. The vehicle was rejected and returned on 21/07 and since they have wash their hands of the situation and left me in the hands of the Brand who do not offer any kind of Customer Service or courtesy/response. Do not recommend the brand and cannot say the dealership has shown any interest/ownership/quality! Very disappointed! Worst new car experience in a lifetime of private and commercial purchases!
