Alpine Therapy and Reflexology Service

A really friendly service, lovely and relaxing. Very professional and treatment was suited to all individual needs. Was really interesting to hear what the therapist had noticed during each session and had really helped with some of the stress I was experiencing at the time. I had a package of 10 treatments in total and would highly recommend to others. Would definitely use again.

In this day and age we don’t take enough time to de stress and take time to look after our bodies and mind. I can definitely say I am one of those people. The reflexology sessions I had were very relaxing and helped promote my mindfulness of my health. Clare began with checking how my overall health was and Asked what my main issues of concern were. This helped to know what needed to be worked on. The sessions were calm and relaxing and at the end gave me a review of her findings. I left the session feeling more relaxed and noticed the benefits days after including feeling less stressed. I Would highly recommend!

I have had several reflexology treatments with this lady. She is very friendly and made me feel at ease from my first session. She explained everything as she was doing it and interacted with me throughout, she even did a full foot map. The treatment itself was very relaxing and always felt great for days after and the aftercare advice given was helpful too. Would highly recommend.
