An impressive feat of design. The village is a self contained industrial campus and a testament to one man's vision of an efficient work place. The mill is highly impressive and the falls and rapids were in full tempestuous flow.

What a pretty stop taking in the beauty of the Clyde valley. Whatever’s the season you’ll find something to marvel and enjoy. There’s a timelessness about New Lanark that transports you back to the nineteenth century. I’m sure it was a lot harder than the idyllic scene we are presented with.

Really spectacular place to visit. Idyllic countryside. Accessible and lots of parking. Lovely waterfall walk. Amazing exhibits and buildings to experience. Great for kids and dogs. And a stunning cafe and very chic shop selling amongst many delightful things, wool spun in the mill, ready to be knitted into something special. Will definitely be returning.
