What Consumers Want, What They Really Really Want was an extremely informative and well organised session (coordinated by the Food and Drink Consumer Insights team in Invest NI) held in the CAFRE Campus in Cookstown. The industry specialist speakers were very expert in their subject areas. There were some really good practical case studies of how companies have used consumer insights to fine tune their marketing efforts and increase their sales. Came away from the event with increased awareness of all the challenges in the food and drink marketplace but also, importantly, of the many opportunities. Also, great for contacts and networking!. I thought the event was extremely well orgainsed and featured a fantastic array of speakers. Brilliant turnout too from the industry in Northern Ireland. The content was valuable as it was tied together with a common strand 'the importance of understanding what consumers want....what they really, really want', yet each individual presentation provided different and valuable perspectives on this theme.

The CE Marking Electrical Seminar was very informative and well organised. It provided up to date info CE and UKCA requirements of electrical products. Especially enjoyed the safety related sections.
