I wholeheartedly recommend Home Mortgage Brokers. I was desperately looking for someone who would help me in what seemed to me a hopeless situation at the time. When I contacted Mr. Lukasz, my situation was difficult, to say the least. I was just after the end of the IVA and my credit check was destroyed. There was Help To Buy to pay off. Additionally, after the divorce, I had a court judgment ordering the sale of the house. In all this, I received professional help from Mr. Lukasz and his colleagues, and today the house is mine!If I could, I would give it a sixth star because even after Mr. Lukasz obtained a re-mortgage offer for me and thus did his job, he did not leave me alone. Mr. Lukasz was in constant contact with me and we were considering next steps in my constantly changing situation. This was because my ex-wife could not accept that I would take over the house or she wanted more money. I will only add that before Mr. Lukasz took care of my case, I visited supposedly very well-known brokers in Manchester and they dismissed me, claiming that nothing could be done through IVA. My advice is never give up when you hear you can't do it, you can't do it and fight until the end because there are professional people like Mr. Lukasz and his colleagues.
