Although the team are very nice and soft spoken please be very mindful that they are shrewd business people. This means that there is a tendency for them to oversell wherever possible. When I reflected on a few past purchases I realised that my mum had been oversold three valiant boilers within 10 years just because she had to call AMR for minor issues. The thing is I still have the same valiant boiler which was installed by AMR more than 20 years ago only l because I get another company to service it.Another example of overselling was when a request for a change of gas pipe quickly became don't worry we will get a nice new hob in there". I nearly fell for that line when I realised a replacement hob was totally unnecessary and insisted I only needed a pipe changed.In a nutshell just beware of the soft voiceits a massive overselling technique!"

Have been using AMR for the past 10 years or more to service a rental property. They are super professional in their approach to their work and always very responsive to requests, even at short notice or for emergencies. They take care of the problem from beginning to end and there are never any issues with the quality or timing of the work done or with their interaction with the tenants. A really friendly and efficient company to work with. This time it was a replacement boiler and Mansukh and Arvid did a great job on it, tenant reported no hot water on Sunday and had a brand new functioning boiler on the Monday. I have no hesitation in recommending AMR to anyone looking for competent, trustworthy, reliable and good value heating engineers.

AMR Hearing are very professional and trustworthy. They were very quick in installing our new boiler and tidied up after themselves. They were personable and explained the stages of work so we knew what to expect.I would absolutely recommend their services without hesitation.

Brilliant customer service!! we had a gas leak which was repaired by AMR within 24hours of it happening. They went above and beyond to fit us in amongst their very busy schedule and kept us up-to-date on their ETA regularly. The workmanship was great - super neat and tidy, minimal mess and a friendly smile too. I was kept fully informed of the work being done at the time and was given a few handy tips on my heating system too before they left. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

AMR installed a new boiler and part central heating system at my property in manor park six years ago, and have been maintaining it ever since. They are very reliable, responsive if I need them to come out quickly, and provide a value for money service. I would absolutely recommend them, thanks guys!

I definitely recommend this company!!I had been without heating or hot water for 2 days. I called first thing today and by 1pm my boiler was fixed … and running much better than before. The service I received was amazing!!!
