I travel from Chichester to go to the Portsmouth adults class every Monday and it is definitely worth it - the teacher is fantastic, the classes are a lot of fun, and it's a great workout. It's always a friendly and encouraging environment too which is a bonus.

Capoeira Southampton - AJITU
Brilliant class full of lots of energy. Everyone that attends is really friendly so its a comfortable place to come and train. I particularly enjoy the roda at the end of each class, which enables you to put into practice what you've learnt.You don't only learn how to play capoeira but you get to learn the songs and instruments as well. This really is a fantastic full body workout and lots of fun.
