I attended my first ever yoga class with Faye the instructor/teacher after doubting it for so long.I have to say I came out feeling amazing. A gorgeous set up with a very knowledgeable tutor, in the most relaxed environment.It gripped me.If you are wanting the best care and experience then I highly recommend joining Fayes class and studio where I assure you that you will see and feel the benefits.Till next time.

I had my first Reiki session today with Faye. I found it extremely relaxing and calming. Faye is very professional and has an in-depth knowledge about how to look after your mind and body. After the session, we talked about where I had blocked energy, I found it insightful and an amazing experience. I definitely recommend checking out the Orbit Yoga studio in eggborough.

New to Yoga, I attended the first class at Orbit Yoga and loved it, the space is perfect, calm and well equipped. All the staff/teachers are very experienced and provide options for all levels so everyone can take part. There are lots of classes to choose from at times to suit all! I've been every week so far and can feel the benefits already. Highly recommended!

I have really been enjoying trying different yoga classes with Faye and tonight was lucky enough to have a 1:1 session! I can feel my practice improving and the benefits to my body and mind are really helping. Having head space and me time to park all the usual daily stuff for an hr, while doing something that helps and supports my health well being is fab! I have absolutely loved my first few sessions at Orbit with the amazing Alison Slater as a teacher. The studio is so calming and serene, a perfect space for yoga and it smells amazing as a random side point! As somebody who isn't flexible at all and has a few injuries I was a little worried, but Alison and the team at Orbit have been so supportive and offer options if we do a move that I may struggle with. All the other people that o have met at yoga have been so friendly and encouraging, yoga days are my favourite days now and I can't wait to make it to one of my classes. I just wish I could go more than once a week.

I absolutely love starting my weekend at Orbit Yoga with the amazing Faye Selene. After a busy week Faye’s classes help me to unwind, stop and most importantly…to breathe… I always leave feeling refreshed and energised.Thank you Faye, for all your truly amazing work!

This studio is absolutely fantastic! So fresh, clean and relaxing. There is a great range of classes and times to suit all. Everything is there for you from mats and blocks to relaxation eye masks. Alison makes everyone feel so welcome and comfortable whether they are a beginner or have a lot of experience in yoga. I look forward to each class.
