AVOID!! I spent nearly £2000 with this company; I wish I went with my first instinct and got my wood flooring from another flooring place who I had been with previously.The flooring is awful quality!!!! The fitters definitely rushed the job and had to come back out several times to fix their mistakes but making it worse each time to the point it still has not been resolved! My flooring is popping out of place in several areas of my living room and hallway. When the fitter came out to fix the issues and lifted up a few planks of the laminate the underlay was an absolute mess!!!! There were all gaps between the underlay causing some laminate to bounce when you walk over it, other parts had all broken pieces of underlay too. Nothing was professional what so ever and I can’t wait to replace it if I’m honest. Don’t go for the price guys, go for quality. Communication with the two guys at reception was horrendous, every time I rang up to chase them up they would say they will call me back but never did. They tried to avoid me. No professionalism what so ever!! Awful service.

Used Liverpool Bespoke Flooring for a number of years now. Ive watched the company grow to the great business they are now. I’ve had several rooms done in laminate from them. The best job was their LVT throughout downstairs. Really really pleased with the quality and it’s so hardwearing! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Best Floors and carpets around!We had a leak in my salon a few weeks ago, after previously using Liverpool bespoke flooring to do all my carpets I rang them straight away to help me as I know there service is fantasticWithin a day they were out to assess the damage and told me my options,A couple of days later they were back out and laid a new floor, very quickly thankfully as we have a busy salon!Can’t recommend them enough!Always go above and beyondThank you!

Worst service ever. The quality of carpet itself is fine. But one of the worst after sale service. Fitting was to be done over two days and on the day I was told to empty rooms which I did. At 4 pm the fitters called saying sorry I can't come I will do this tomorrow. Not much that I could do at the time. Next day they arrived and told me to rip the old carpets off from stairs at very last minute. No one communicates. And the cherry on top is that they shipped wrong carpet for stairs and landing. So they left leaving old grippers out just to Injure you. Then after multiple calls they arrived 3 days later to fit the rest. And honest to God they created such a mess. Even left their old disposable coffee cups in my house. Even the fitting is not of the best quality and apparently shop doesn't take any responsibility for this. But they were apologetic about it. I had referred them to a friend and he was about to put an order in but the shopkeepers were rude to him and even he backed out.

Don’t waste your money, I have carpet with roller marks which they said would iron out! Been 17 months and still have them. Also stair carpet around the corner has slipped off and ruined. The wishbone flooring is bouncing and was rushed in the fitting. Also the fitters just leave their rubbish all over the place. Basically they don’t care as not employed by Liverpool Bedpoke Carpets. I will never recommend this company and I am saving up for a reputable company to have all the shoddy workmanship re done.Also they never put any lining under my herringbone floor, and it was just concrete! I had a gold material under my original laminate. Im not sure if I should of had something as it’s bloody cold and bouncy!
