OffPOD Modular Extensions & Garden Annexes

We trawled the market and met with a numerous vendors. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to invest goes with Offpod. After visiting a few warehouses the cheaper alternatives are just that, cheap. Guys were professional but also a pleasure to have on site.

Delighted with my OffPOD garden room. Well worth the investment and the team was brilliant from start to finish - from helping me plan what I needed through to a great installation process. The room is so warm .... it's definitely going to help me keep my household bills down while home working.

A lovely addition to our home. We wanted an annexe extension with a turnkey finish and Offpod delivered on all aspects of this.

We were specifically after a steel frame garden room when we discovered Offpod. We received quotes from other companies however these guys really stood out in terms of professionalism, promptness and attention to detail which didn’t falter right through to completion of our building. The installation team was fantastic from start to finish. We currently have a planning application in for extending our house and have decided that we will be commissioning Offpod to build us a steel frame house extension. Can’t wait

I have been dealing with Offpod over the last two weeks and I must say their customer service is amazing. Tom and Chris carried out our site survey last week, they were very courteous and professional. Now just waiting for my partner to decide whether or not to go for the decking. Can’t wait for our new garden room!

Fabulous! Very big worry when embarking on any expensive build but couldn’t be happier with Offpod. The whole process from start to finish was followed closely by Chris and Tom, both going the ‘extra mile’ to make sure we were happy! Big thank you for always being there to answer any questions or queries along the way. James and Curtis worked double speed to ensure our build stuck to the time frame but without skimping on quality and attention to detail - it’s very rare that any builders are that conscientious and finish a job like it’s their own. They were a pleasure to have around. Finish product is amazing, beautiful even! Has made such a huge difference to our garden. The extra living space has made such a difference. We definitely recommend as an addition to your home not just a luxury. VERY well built and with all the recent very hot weather, who knew that our metal clad garden room would be the coolest place in the house - must be all that insulation! After doing some research we decided that we wanted a steel framed home office. We contacted a couple of companies for a site visit and quote. OffPOD stood out from the others. Thorough and professional from the start. Chris and Tom asked questions that no one else did, things we never even thought of. They were also able to answer questions that the others could not. The build went relatively smoothly. There were some issues to deal with mainly relating to supplier problems which were out of their control. Chris did a fantastic job of checking in with us on a regular basis and giving status updates on any outstanding issues. The build team were also very professional and polite. We love our office and so does everyone that has seen it.
