Really lovely Chips, Proper Chips too ! Delivery was before it was due, driver polite. Would highly recommend to everyone, Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Some very bad quality food has been produced here. Gave Michael's a chance a few times and even the chips made my stomach churn. Not a clean place. Looks very dated. Only positive is that staff are friendly.

Their chips use to be so good - golden and crispy! Returned today after a long time! Ordered fish and chips; Fish was not bad, but the chips were terrible. Didn't even feel like looking at them - they looked so old. Weren't eaten. I should have returned them, but can't walk much. The customer service has also gone down................what's going on???

Horrible dirty place, decided to only get chips with curry sauce. The chips were cold and soggy (like they’d been microwaved). The curry was poured on and completely tasteless. Worst chippy I’ve been to! All that for only £3!

DONT NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY!!!!!I accidentally sent my £15 order to the wrong address and when I realised that it was wrong I tried hard on the app and to get ahold of the restaurant to change the address, because the restaurant didn’t update the app I couldn’t get a contact number for the driver and the restaurant was useless from the moment they answered (might aswell let the phone keep ringing). The women that picked up couldn’t understand what I was talking about but as I explained, she told me that she couldn’t help and put the phone down, couldn’t even give me a number for the driver that picked up my food. The customer service I received was rude and overly frustrating, just to top it off; I couldn’t get a hold of just eat on the app or phone and I wasn’t able to get a refund so £15 wasted on nothing.

Ordered a big order including chips and pies which all weren't given when collected. Also ordered 8 chicken nuggets which they replaced with 6 cheese nuggets without saying anything. I went in to ask about the order and got shouted at to wait and they will tell us when the order is ready. Also a distinct lack of masks wore by the staff. Awful service, missing food would recommend to stay far away.

Poor customer service and food.The guy was too busy doing other things then to serve the customers in the shop.He didnt write down the orders and then got it wrong. He blamed this on the customer.Chips were not fresh and gravy was tastelessBad experience and foodWill never order from here again
