South West Pools

After being let down by a few different companies, we came across First4pools via a google search and we are so glad that we did. Mervyn and his team have been amazing from day one. Our pool required quite a bit of work and these guys did not let us down. We are thoroughly pleased with the work that Mervyn and his team did and highly recommend them to anyone requiring assistance with a pool or hot tub. Thanks guys, from Mrs Hussain.

We've been using First4Pools consistently for five years. The quality of their work has been fantastic and they've always been quick to respond to any questions we've had. They've maintained our pool and also helped with installing a new heater as well as supplying cleaning materials and other accessories. I can't recommend them more highly.

Update 12/11/2020: Further excellent service from Tom and Brendan at First4Pools over the past week when fixing a blocked vac line and getting the pool all set up for the coming winter months. Can't recommend them enough.Original Review April 2020: Received excellent service from Marvin and Brendan over the last few days. Excellent communications and Brendan in particular was very helpful and patient when he visited us today to show us how to operate the pool in our new home. I now have a much better understanding of how the system works and feel much more confident in making it safe and clean for my family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend First4Pools and we will definitely be using them in the future.

We recently purchased a vortex spa cobalt hydro plus hot tub from first4pools. The whole experience was amazing. Firstly we visited the showroom in bath (beautifully presented) and met Kyle the sales person, he showed us around and had a mountain of knowledge. He listened to what we wanted, and the best thing was, there was no pushy sales! It’s always the most off putting thing, but there was none of that. We decided to go for the spa named above, from the second we said we wanted it, they changed everything around to fit the tub in with our schedule. The site survey was carried out by Brendan who again has so much knowledge, answered all our questions and was just such a lovely genuine person. We had it fitted last Monday, and the whole team came and helped install it. The boss even came in after to check he was happy with it all and check for any imperfections it may of had from being taken off the trailer and through to the garden down a very tight path. It was a perfect installation, and there was not a mark in sight. They stayed and ran through all the chemicals with us and instructions (socially distanced of course) and then left us to it. We have enjoyed the whole experience so so much. It’s the best purchase we have ever made, with having such stressful jobs, there’s nothing quite like forgetting the world in a hot tub. Marvin texts everyday to see how we’re getting on, and we send him pictures of the test and he advises us on what chemicals to add so it’s always perfect. Thank you first4pools, we could never recommend you enough.

Amazing company to deal with! Called on Monday and our new hot tub was installed by Thursday ready for the weekend. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication from the whole team was flawless. So glad I shopped local for a hot tub, cannot recommend these guys enough!

First4Pools (Kyle) were a great help in ensuring we got the right hot-tub for our property. The delivery and install was not straight forward withthe Hot-tub needing to be craned in over a stream, between telephone wires and over the back fence. Great service.

We called these guys in early December in the hope of getting a Hot Tub for Christmas and they came through in amazing style.Great sales and service, installation team were brilliant, they got it into the garden with ease including removing and refitting a gate to get fit it in.Total professionals and we are loving our new hot tub, would recommend for anyone looking for good service and quality products.

During the spring/summer of 2020, in difficult times, we engaged with first4pools. We had great experiences both in the Bath office with Marvyn and site planning visits with Phil. I am one to ask lots of questions and detail before commitment to a company. I was not rushed at any stage and felt at ease. Buy from these guys!I bought instead, from a company in Norwich instead (as they were a little cheaper!) Well...you get what you pay for.I phoned and spoke with Kyle, who couldn't have been more helpful.Not only do they now do tubs at the same kind of price-point as the Norwich mob, but they also offer fantastic service.Kyle offered to send a couple of his engineers around to inspect the tub that I bought, as I was having no end of problems.The issues have now been resolved, but I do wish I had bought from them in the first place.Great service First4Pools! This is the team to trust your hot tub installation with. They were Awesome . Not only was the time from order to delivery fast they could not have been more helpful with operating instructions.Follow up has been terrific. My husband and I are delighted that we chose First 4 pools. A definite 5 star review.
