Unfortunately I had to use these cowboys because of my insurance company.They missed damage to my van and broke parts of the interior trim.They said they would repair the damage, this took 4 months before they had time to repair the damage they missed and repair the damage they have caused.It has now come back and they have failed to fix some of the damage they have caused and have stained the paint.I would avoid this company at all costs. If you want your vehicle back in a better state than they received it.

Booked in for a new wing mirror and minor bodywork in February for a date in June. After a four month wait they cancelled the booking three weeks before it was due and could not give me a new appointment because they were too busy. They said they had cars there since December, so why take on new business?

Absolutely dreadful. They have had our details for 6 weeks and done nothing. All excuses under the sun used. Don’t waste your time. There are many fantastic alternatives, avoid this company.

Our car was driven into on the 12th of June 2023,IRG were chosen to repair it by Motability’s insurer RSA (Royal Sun Alliance) via ‘Activate group’ to process via their portal. Any enquiry via this to IRG fobbed me off.The repair was a minor one, a bumper skin.I made all parties more than aware that the car is my wife’s disability car that in addition to her condition she is also undergoing Cancer surgery and treatments.Enterprise Hereford left us without a car for a week, then sent us a car that was not practical for a wheelchair, had a slow puncture etc. Not IRG’s fault but they were more than aware of the issues and the need to act quickly.IRG blamed the delay on parts supply, I am in the parts supply business the parts were on the shelf.Following advice from Motability I contacted RSA and raised a ‘a level one complaint to the repairer’ suddenly I was IRG’s best customer, they were ‘fast tracking’ the car (!) and I would have it that afternoon.Days after the car was returned these 3 separate emails all came through together.1st.'Good news! Your vehicle has been estimated’.2nd 'We have some great news! The repairs to your vehicle have been authorised.'3rd 'We are pleased to confirm that your vehicle has been redelivered to you.'Our car was not returned to us until the 28th of July 2023.Probably because of the position they were in the repairs were hurried, and the actual repair was done sloppily, poor masking of a part that should have been removed for painting leaving an obvious line of overspray. I will take it somewhere else to get that rectified, I could have rejected it but when would I have got it back?This whole process has clearly been driven by a focus on profit with zero concern for the customer or their circumstances, RSA are losing their cover insurance for Motability which is not a surprise and hopefully Direct Line will appoint a more competent repairer than IRG and deal with matters professionally.IRG responded to this review as can be seen, I quote from it I have passed on your review to the Hereford Manager James and he will be calling you later today as he is really disappointed to hear about the line of overspray and would like to offer to rectify it in a timely manner." There has been no contact from 'James' or anyone else. Not a great surprise"

It's now 6 months on from when my insurance company originally approved repairs through IRG Hereford, and the car is still yet to be repaired!! My wife and I have spent 6 months barely being able to open my drivers side door from the damage that had occurred, only to be told today, after I contacted them (although they should have contacted me) that the repairs that had been booked in months ago – finally due for tomorrow - were not happening as the parts has not turned up?!. When I asked when the parts were ordered, they said the parts department had ordered them just over 2 weeks ago!!! 2 weeks ago!!!??? I was told from day one that there was a parts shortage, so it might take a while – and 6 montyhs is a while - so why only order them just over 2 weeks ago – why not months ago?! Totally incompetent!!A shocking company - from the initial booking-in process where no one answers the phone and you go around in circles, to poor communication throughout and clearly poor management. If I’d been offered an alternative repairer from my insurance company, I would have used them a long time ago. Avoid.

3 weeks total repair time comunication was awesome a big thanks to Charlotte from recption clear concise comunication very friendly and polite had issue with corsa courtesy car they gave us but she clearly advised me on a resolution to my issue which resolved it. Overall quick professional service. Many thanks my car looks like new. Highly recomended

Had a whole new front on my van , including number plate .then I took the van to have a mot 7months later . Only to find that it failed , because someone at IrG put the wrong letters on my van. Then allthe hassle started ie getting new numberplate made ect
