Alex Barnes Wellbeing (Homeopath & Coach)

Working with Alex is an absolute joy. Having veered away from Western medicine, I was overjoyed to find Alex and embark on a new adventure of homeopathy. Most importantly, her understanding of my issues was spot on and her remedies got me the results I was looking for. Alex has an amazing bedside manner and such a passion for helping people. I'm very blessed to have her as one of my health and wellness providers.

After having progressively worse symptoms with my monthly cycles but not really wanting to mess about with my hormones by going back onto contraceptives I thought I would try Homeopathy…it’s not something I understood but Alex explained everything perfectly and wow I must admit I did not expect the results I got . It worked quickly for me and the changes in my body for the next cycle were incredible I can’t thank you enough Alex.

Alex also provided me with useful tips and tools and knows just the right questions to pose. Thanks to the coaching, I lost over 12 pounds and two and a half inches from my waist. Most importantly, Alex helped me to supercharge my energy levels and achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle.
