Dishonest company - do not use.Ordered a £50 packet of vitamins that never arrived on the 7/11/22. Have been chasing them for a replacement ever since and now they've stopped replying to my emails.Went on trustpilot and realised that this is something they do and that they often do not take ownership of these situations.I'm at a loss of the money, plus all the time spent emailing back and forward with no luck.

Nothing wrong with the company as such, but…- and it is a big BUT, because when I order something online, the very least that I expect from the company is to deliver my goods to my chosen address. I ordered my supplements to my home address and on the morning of the expected delivery (at approx. 6:30am -after reading email from Evri), I decided to use the available option and to redirect my parcel to Evri parcel shop (in this case my local post office). The whole process was relatively easy however, Evri didn’t send any email to confirm that the parcel will be send to another location. To my disappointment, later on on the same day, I received an email from Evri to advise that no one has been at home to receive the parcel and that the driver will make another attempt on the following day (why did the driver attempt to deliver the parcel to my home address and not to the local post office as per my instructions)?Now is the most interesting part of the story. On the same day (in the evening), a door bell has rung and a very friendly lady came to my home with my parcel. The parcel was found on the edge of the road (different road to where I live - approx. 300-400 feet away from my home). Clearly if not for the kindness of the lady who found my parcel on the road and who decided to bring it to the recipient’s address, my parcel would have been lost and it wouldn’t not have been delivered.Is it only me who had the parcel lost by Evri ? I’m sure the delivery driver would not have thrown my parcel out through his delivery van’s window, would he ???
