Matthew was thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly attentive to my requirements throughout the process of sourcing, importing, restoring, and ultimately delivering my new piano. He took exceptional care to ensure the piano met my needs from every angle: the tone I wanted, the look, the price range, etc. He was extremely flexible and accommodating when delivery plans had to change unexpectedly. And finally, when delivering the piano, I watched in awe as his team navigated the instrument down a very steep set of stone steps to my cottage - the enormous care they took was incredible. Once it arrived, playing it for the first time was sheer joy - the richness of the bass, the cantabile upper registers... absolutely exquisite. Perfect service and perfect piano. Thank you. Matthew delivered a Yamaha U1 with silent system yesterday - and I'm thrilled with it! Not only has it got a beautiful tone, and in an immaculate condition, Matthew demonstrated how to use the controls in a way which was easy to follow and he answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and clearly has a great passion for pianos and music.
