I did the Coastal Villages of Aberdeenshire with Grampian tours. I had an amazing day. Jacqueline was so lovely and I really enjoyed the smaller group for the tour. There was only 7 of us and we all ended up chatting and having a great time together. Gardenstown and Pennan were super cute and really charming. We also saw an amazing castle and some great scenery along the way. Jacqueline had a lot of information and fun stories about the places we were visiting and she really made it a wonderful day. I would absolutely recommend this tour.

We took in two tours with Alex Duncan from Grampian while visiting Aberdeen. Balmoral Castle and Deeside as well as the Taste of Aberdeenshire. Alex was amazing. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and he made our trip to Aberdeen special. We were so fortunate to have such an awesome guide. We highly recommend taking in a tour with Alex at Grampian. Jaqueline was a phenomenal tour guide, she had the pleasure of taking 8 tourists around northern Scotland and she planned the full itinerary for us after finding out what we wanted to do. We spent 3 full days with her and went to two local distilleries in the Speyside area, she toured us along the northeastern Scotland coast (including puffins!) and visited the Balmoral Castle with a paired gin tasting!She was very knowledgeable about the history of Scotland and was able to point out the interesting spots along the way! She was very kind, personable, and made sure the tours were everything we wanted. Was a great time and we would definitely recommend her and will contact her again for our next Scotland tour!

As someone who has been on four out of the five currently offered day tours, I can definitely say that the experience provided by Grampian Escapes is unrivaled. Jacqueline and Alex are both amazing tour guides. They are very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I learned and saw much of Aberdeenshire while on the tours. There is not one tour I wouldn't recommend as each one provides something different in terms of theme and sites. Due to the small group size, the tour feels personlized. Regardless of the tour you take, you will have the opportunity to take in the beautiful landscapes and culture of Aberdeenshire. I am very much looking forward to my return to Aberdeen and I will not hesitate to book again with Grampian Escapes. My tours with Jacqueline and Alex were the highlight of my trip!
