I was in this branch recently on a visit to the city and was shocked at the ageist and patronising attitude of two members of staff. Truly awful and more noticeable because the staff in my local branch are completely different.

I went in last week on Monday to order in a debit card. Was promised it was going to arrive in 4 working days. It's now a whole week past and finally my cash card" arrived. Something I didn't order has arrived LATE."
