I was so nervous about Dudley going to a new groomers because he was so scared to go to his last one. I had nothing to worry about! He come out calm, the groomers were amazing and he looks lovely! Thank you!

My Springer can be tricky in the salon so I was a bit apprehensive about taking him to Bishop Stortford’s Grooming Room (4 dogs in one space/ noisy). I needn’t have worried as Ophelia was so brilliant with him. She made sure he was calm before she started. He was so relaxed by the end he almost fell asleep on the table. He came out looking neat and tidy without being shaved which is exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be returning

The staff here are friendly, helpful and take very good care of our dog whilst she's there.

I wouldn’t recommend. The staff are friendly but it’s expensive compared to other places (and they add on charges for even small matts upon arrival!) plus they seem to have a few very distressed dogs which can then unsettle other ones.

Have been using The Groom Room in Bishop's Stortford for almost two years. I can highly recommend Grace who is very professional caring and attentive. My cockapoo always leaves with a great cut ✂️
