When I got myself into a bit of a state trying to ‘get back’ all of my software and data, after having had a motherboard replaced, I turned to Mark at PCfixKingston for assistance.Mark was super-helpful and took in my laptop right away. Within a couple of hours he had got everything back on to my PC and I was so relieved that everything was back to ‘normal’.Very nice guy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.Apparently he restrings tennis racquets as well !

Great job done by Mark. A PC rescue shop in Tolworth told me my laptop hard drive and motherboard were kaput, £500 to resolve. Mark extracted the data in less than an afternoon. 100% recommend. Many thanks.

Absolute legend. He helped my wife with some software issues that she was having that was really stressing her out. He took the time find to out the exact steps that she needed to do and everything worked out perfectly!! He didn’t even charge for his time. God bless you and thank you once again.

Mark is brilliant. He doesn't talk down to you/bombard you with jargon, is very accommodating with respect to contact (WhatsApp) and pickup times, his prices are extremely reasonable and in my experience, his work did exactly as he promised. What's not to like?

Absolutely Superb! Couldn’t recommend Mark highly enough. Mark replaced a SSD drive and installed windows 11 for me - all within a few hours of me dropping it off. Mark came round very promptly to examine my pc and advised me on way ahead and replacement machines. After I purchased a new pc he helped me to get it set up and installed extra programs. All at a very reasonable cost.
