Portadown Taxis

They left me stranded. I waited for an hour in the city center and the car never arrived. When I politely call them back asking if the taxi is on its way they rudely cut the call.

Horrible from start to finish. Avoid!1. Called and greeted with attitude by operator despite being polite2. Taxi arrives a whole 15 minutes late3. When I politely say that the taxi is late, instead of a simple apology, the driver becomes aggressive and tells me to call the water company that apparently caused the delay (didn't see any water works on that road...)4. Driver doesn't know the way despite being briefed on location in advance and I have to guide him where to go5. Fare shows as 10.50 from Portadown to Lurgan which is already steep. When politely asking for a slight discount in view of him being late, he becomes very aggressive again.In summary folks, look to other taxi companies in the area, as this one is simply terrible.

Worst taxi service girl on the phone was very rude and waited over an hour taxi didn't show no apology just told we can't send another 1 for an hour. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Unreliable

A 0 would be a more accurate review. Ignorant staff during booking, called to check on my taxi after waiting 5 mins to be told he had been and gone even though i had been waiting. Left stranded with no help or offer to re-book from staff. Will not use again. And they say book local...

Quick friendly service! No waiting about when the taxi was needed

Booked a taxi on Friday evening for saturday night.. no show rang 40 times an got line busy when rang back again phone rang an no answer. I was out for my taxi did ring them at 12.45 also no answer then

AVOID AVOID AVOIDI booked a taxi at 8.30, 22.29 and still no sign of the taxi. I have phoned over 25 times and it goes to answer machine every time. I would hate to think of someone out stranded waiting on these time wasters to collect them.I always say use local, but in this case, please, use another taxi company in Portadown.

Rang them saying i wanted a taxi asap, 20 mins later and still no one showed up. Rang them and they said they’d send someone right away. Didn’t show up for another 20 minutes so I tried ringing again twice to cancel it but didn’t get an answer. Taxi came nearly 50 minutes after i first called and the driver said that I should have rang them to cancel it, which I tried twice.
