I'm absolutely delighted with my Spratling bracelet. It arrived and although I loved it , it was slightly too small. Hayley answered my query within minutes - I sent it back and she made the adjustments the next day and returned the bracelet. Marvellous customer service and beautiful products. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have a few items from indigo as gifts.At Christmas I decided to treat myself and buy a necklace. Unfortunately the chain broke after I put my necklace on.However I emailed Hayley from indigo and she sent me a replacement out.I just love their jewellery and would recommend them. Thanks for the great customer service.

Had some earrings bought for me, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary ( in 2017). They were pretty opal and silver ones. Wore them recently and the opals had dropped out.On contacting Hayley she very kindly offered to replace them and I am happy to report that they arrived this morning.Thank you SO much Hayley for going way beyond my expectations, you are now my go to site for pretty gifts in the future!

Really sweet little earrings, come with an authentic card saying real Morano glass. I am quite pleased with them. They also came nicely packaged, and came quickly.

I love this shop! Beautiful handmade jewellery made in the UK with excellent customer service and speedy delivery.The Murano glass collection makes unique, colourful earrings, charms and pendants and I hadn't seen anything llke that before. Highly recommended and perfect for presents.
