Bad service, booked a taxi didn’t turn up and took 15 minuets to sort it out. 2nd time I booked a taxi didn’t turn up again rung to find out where it was and still didn’t turn up after that. Tried ringing and blocked number

booked a taxi in advance on Boxing Day because we knew it was going to be busy he said he’d send 2 or 3 taxis out to get me and my friends at 10:30 and the taxi never turned up tried to ring no answer and when we got through to someone he didn’t seem interested won’t be using this company again (not that we even ended up using it) don’t recommend. Had a nightmare trying to find lifts to go out in the end.

God bless this man. He waiting 1/2 hour outside to pick up my daughter and bring her home on New year's Day . Can't get any more reliable or caring .

Very poor service. Waited over 40 minute's for the taxi it never turned up..phoned to chase. Absolutely no help..very poor. Will not use these again

Rang said they would be 10 minutes, phoned back half hour later said he won't be long, then turned up 45 later, and now today 23rd of October same. Thing but couldn't be bothered waiting, 45 mins it's been so. I walked. Wouldn't advise using

My friend (17) needed a taxi to the train station and from the moment she got in she was given pet names like gorgeous, beautiful, etc. Asking her where she lived and made her very uncomfortable and unhappy with her experience. Not to mention when I rung to order said taxi, the guy that answered the phone was very much not listening and overall didn't sound like he had much interest in getting a new customer. Very unhappy, would rate a zero if I could. Do not recommend.

Booked a taxi from port talbot to the train station which didn't even show up, tried ringing about 15 times and no answer after being told it would be outside in 5 minutes. missed the two trains (which were 15 minutes apart) ended up waiting for about 40 minutes and decided to ring someone else which came in the time they said.

We waited for over 45 minutes for a taxi that did not turn up. We phoned after 15 minutes of waiting and the driver told us he would only be a couple of minutes. When we phoned after 45 minutes to ask where it was, as we thought he may have gotten lost, the driver got angry and then told us to walk as he will not be picking us up. He was very rude and wasted our time. Judging by other reviews, this seems to be a pattern with this company. I would definitely not recommend.

A huge joke turned up late to hospital after saying they will be 10-15 mind an because we got hospital 2 take me home they showed up as was just about to leave now demanding money an said he going to tell all taxis not to pick us up when we are not in wrong they was for being late as we phoned at 11:42 an bout an hr or so later turend up disgusting phoneing constanly demanding money an leaveing a disabled man
