I attended Hear Well clinic today for removal of wax, Helen put me at ease the whole way through the appointment, Helen fully explained the procedure before and throughout and painlessly removed the wax from my ear. I would recommend Hear Well clinic, a very friendly professional service.

Hello. I’ve been having hearing problems in my left ear for a while now, my own fault I know. I couldn’t bear it any longer so had to make an appointment somewhere. I contacted the hearwell clinic, they arranged to see me straight away. I met Helen she explained the whole process and I was put at ease immediately. I would have waited as long as it took and paid whatever it cost just for the sheer relief after Helen worked on my ears! Wow! Just wow! It was like I was hearing for the first time! Incredible! And an incredible meeting with a fantastic Audiologist! I hope I got that right. All I can say is thank you so much! Hopefully il not have to be back, but if you need it, this is the place to go!

Helen is an absolute credit to her profession as both her knowledge of audiology and enthusiasm for helping her clients shines through during the consultation. Pre-consultation communications were prompt, useful and information emailed in advance allows one to know precisely what to expect on the day. The clinic itself is well equipped and clean.I initially went in to investigate possible ear wax issues in one ear as no one has checked me for 15 years along with some other minor issues / questions that I thought was worth paying for in a private consultation as I have suffered from other ENT related issues in the past.Helen was able to test and resolve the the initial issues and from the rest of what I said was able to gave a name to something else that had always bothered me in certain circumstances, namely hyperacusis.She was super helpful and well worth the money.

I took my daughter to an appointment with Helen for some swim plugs for her ears. Helen was fantastic with her. She really put her at ease. Very professional and it was great that we were able to take the swim plugs away on the same day. The swim plugs have been spot on. My daughter has used them lots for swimming and they have kept her ears dry. We will definitely book with Helen again and I am recommending her to family and friends.

I had a blocked off ear and phoned Helen and she got me an appointment the next day. Helen was lovely and so helpful she unblocked my ear. I’ll definitely be using Helen again and would recommend using Helen app n the future.
