I can’t recommend Radyr Dog Walking and Cat Care highly enough. From the first day Helen came round to meet Coco and discuss arrangements you could see her genuine love for animals. Coco loves going out with Helen and his “dog pals” - and we love receiving the photos & videos Helen sends of Coco enjoying himself on the walks. Helen is reliable, professional and extremely caring. Knowing Coco is safe with Helen and having so much fun whilst getting the socialisation and exercise he needs is a great weight off our minds.

Helen has been looking after our cat for the past few years. Whether we are away for just a night or a week we know our cat is in good hands .Helen does more than just provide food and water she takes time to ensure our cat is fit and happy and sends updates to reassure me that all is well when we are away.She provides a friendly, reliable service and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Helen is wonderful, become a dear friend to the family and of course her number one fan Jeffrey our cocker spaniel. Helen has helped Jeffrey get over his fear of larger dogs due to Covid restrictions not allowing us to properly socialise him. He's come on leaps and bounds and you can tell he loves his walk on a Friday.

My dogs get so excited when Helen arrives & they always come home tired and very content after every walk. Helen loves all the dogs as if they were her own! I rarely leave reviews on websites but in this case I feel the need to comment on the truly fantastic service provided by Helen. Our much loved cat means a huge amount to us and we now feel so much happier to leave her in Helen's care when we are away from home. It is extremely obvious that Helen must genuinely care about the animals she looks after, and she's always happy to give us regular updates via text and short video clips to reassure us that all is well. It makes being away from home far less stressful for us knowing that Helen is visiting. We also feel that Helen can be trusted implicitly with access to our home when we are absent. If I could award Helen six stars I certainly would, and I would definitely recommend her services without hesitation.

We are so grateful to have had Helen recommended to us. She obviously adores animals and over the past few years has proven invaluable at looking after our cat when we are away from home. We are more than happy to leave her in Helen’s care. It is clearly better for our pet to be in her own home than to go to a cattery and Helen is not only totally reliable but trustworthy and loving those in her care. The photos and videos she sends us also help us to know that our little one is both happy and contented. (Helen has a knack with her camera talents, too!).

Helen has been walking our dog Jynx for nearly a year now, since we moved to Radyr. She is fantastic with the dog and has really brought her out of her shell. We have noticed that since being with Helen that the dog is much more confident and social with other dogs and people.She always gets really excited when Helen arrives and comes home from walks tired and the photos and videos we get always show that she is running around having fun.Helen is always really understanding and accommodating if we have to change days of the week doing more/less. We really can't recommend Helen strongly enough and any future dogs will definitely be going with her too!

Helen has been walking our dog for the past 4 years and she is excellent. He absolutely loves her and knows she is on her way long before she actually gets here!
