Great class. Very welcoming, great atmosphere and there is nothing quite like training with Ricky himself. I have made some great friends and all whilst gaining more confidence and self defense skills

Such a great bunch of people, new or old no matter the fitness or training level theres always something for everyone x.Well i can spew on about how good the trainers are or you can come and see for yourself, however i will say this.Ricky is one of the most genuine down to earth person i have ever met , he is kind , caring , and most of all gives us all a kick up the backside when needed to get the best out of every one of us.Its and honour and a absolute joy to work with him,Ricky thanks for being the shining star when ive needed it.Ive learned a lot about myself and my abilities and im still learning thanks to the different styles Ricky teaches.

Great classes where you learn how to deal with everyday life situations. Ricky delivers each class with a great deal of professionalism, passion but manages to keep it fun at the same time. Things learned could potentially save your life/your loved ones life one day. Totally recommend.

Ricky is an amazing instructor. Starting MMA Krava Maga is one of the best things I have ever done. As a woman it can be intimidating going to these things on your own, but he makes you feel incredibly comfortable and welcome.This class has improved not only my physical but also emotional confidence and has now become a firm part of my weekly routine. Ricky gives you reassurance throughout the training session, but also holds you accountable whilst showing his continuous support.The whole class is so much fun, whilst learning a new life skill. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, I cannot thank Ricky enough. He is not only a great mentor but has become a good friend.

Professionally led, instructor clearly experienced and able to adapt for all levels and backgrounds. A really positive, supportive atmosphere. I really think anyone and everyone could learn something from these classes, whether it's to become mentally strong, improve fitness, or gain confidence.Can't recommend this enough! Great club with regulars and newbies. Ricky is a good instructor with a good heart, very experienced both in and out of the classes and likes to develop people. I like the punching drills and pressure tests myself. Feel great afterwards.
