“Leave it with me “.. been hearing those words for months when I was sold garden furniture which “can stay out all year, without needing to be covered “.. after 2 weeks we could see it deteriorating…regularly called Kevin over a period of 4 months to ask for my money back with no joy, but it only took one phone call from my husband to get it sorted. I had ordered a sofa with DFS back in May, when it arrived in September it was the wrong one. Customer service was appalling, never again. I went into Dougans and explained my situation and Kevin was fantastic. He was so friendly and helpful and their range and quality of sofas where fantastic. Kevin showed me the ones that would be here before Christmas and I fell in love with one. I ordered it and he said it would be here week commencing the 13th December. He contacted me to say it would be in Wednesday and would be delivered Thursday around 10am. At exactly 10am the guys arrived with it , the delivery men where excellent. Fantastic service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and delighted I have my new sofas before Christmas.

This is a lovely family business with great quality furniture, reasonable prices and amazingly helpful staff.We wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Love this shop. Kevin goes out of his way to help you whatever you are looking for and gives you good advice too. Never pushes you to buy and leaves you to browse round. The quality of everything we bought over the years in this shop has never disappointed us.

My wife and myself visited your shop on wednesday5th Sept.We wanted advice on a good mattress for a bed in.our apartment in Portrush .Kevin was our assistant.We bought an excellent mattress,this was delivered to Portrush yesterday and old one was taken away .Excellent service and not too costly either.Great nights sleep last night Kevin.!!Many thanks.

Plenty of hand sanitizer and shop is well laid out great selection of goods and staff are more than helpful when it comes to making your decision. They also leave you to make up your own mind before coming back to you and this l like as l don't like being pushed into buying something when l maybe like something else. The delivery dates are very good and the men are very nice when they come into your house. Highly recommend them.
