Georgie was fantastic. It was hot, I had been given incorrect information, I was feeling unwell and ready to burst. She was really helpful and professional and had lots of suggestions. I managed to get a last minute birthday present against all the odds!

We were well served!Had an issue with making a payment as our card was blocked!The patience and trust expressed made us feel very welcomed and less embarassing.Anna was extremely friendly and supportive.She even highlighted the fact to unblocked the special gift cards which we are extremely thankful for.Definitely a great asset to the H. SAMUEL outfit.Once again extremely grateful for all the help and service we received.

Got my 3rds pierced at H Samuel today, just walked in past the usual time they carry out piercings (which I was unaware of) but was greeted with such kindness. Shauna stayed in longer and agreed to pierce my ears, making me feel so comfortable and not rushed out the door at all. I also purchased some beautiful earrings to use when these have healed up. Excellent service, very professional and I’m super happy with the result, thank you so much!

I was greeted by the staff member Anna, it was one of the most pleasant and nicest experience I ever had in a jewellery shop.I was looking for an a wedding ring for my partner, Anna was so helpful, friendly and professional in helping to find the right ring for my partner. She clearly explained all the differences between the different diamonds which was really helpful in understanding what I'm buying.If I met her sooner I probably would of given her the ring instead.It was a very friendly and easy experience thank you again will come back again next time for sure.

Amazing customer service, Anna was beyond helpful and went out of her way to help me choosing my wedding ring after changing my mind on my first ring. Nothing was too much trouble, she took her time with me and made a super stressful situation so much easier. Cannot thank her enough. Will definitely return.
