im extremely glad i came across SLPWS. Daniel was brilliant in helping sort out the party wall agreement which needed to be sorted on both sides.He is extremely knowledgeable and ensured we had the drawings up to standard before sending the notices out to ensure everything was covered. Daniel put a party wall agreement in place between my neighbours either side and me. From that side he was great. Where he really shone was the fact that he recognised that the build would likely be held up by the agreement and got everything done and agreed in a very short space of time. Cant recommend him enough

He communicated excellently and resolved the matter within the agreed deadline under very difficult circumstances. He made the process much less stressful. SLPWS was one of a few company names provided to me by my architect for a party wall award I needed drawing up between my adjoining neighbour for a double storey extension to our semi-detached house. I decided to go with Daniel, partly down to good price/value, but also because he seemed very knowledgeable, easy and pleasant to deal with, which he was. Honest and impartial, he was also quick to respond to my mails/calls and made the process quick and easy. Would use again if required and can definitely recommend.

Daniel really came through for me; when I needed advice for my party wall situation and how he was super efficient at getting the paperwork done when I was working to a very tight schedule.He is very experienced and knows his stuff and more importantly is able to explain this knowledge to someone not in the field without it going above your head.I would really recommend his friendly and efficient services and that is praise indeed as I don’t normally give reviews and felt compelled to in this case because of his excellent service.Thanks again Daniel

Daniel went above and beyond for us. We had a last minute requirement for a full party wall award which - if not done quickly - would have seriously delayed our project. Daniel fitted us in at the last minute. He spent time with us, and with our neighbours, going through all the detail of what was entailed and he patiently worked with our architect to ensure we had the right detail. I was really impressed.
