Great pretzels and sweet snacks. I am a big fan of the cheese and jalapeño pretzels but at nearly £5 each, they aren’t cheap. That said, you get what you pay for and they are delicious.It’s a nice place to sit inside and people watch. The store is nice and clean and light and airy. The staff member who was there during our visit was very friendly.

Went today got my normal, the cheese and hot dogs bites and a cinnamon pretzel, sat outside with my daughter to eat and when I bit into the hot dogs I found a feather inside the hot dog, I went in and complained and they just looked at me and said yeah they are chicken sausage, didn't offer a replacement and just stared at me and said the bin is behind you!Extremely disappointed and put off buying the hot dog ones.

Fab fab fab!! Every time we come to Norwich we grab a pretzel. Service is always spot on! Regular vouchers and a fab app to download. My kids love auntie Anne's! Happy kids, happy parents :)

First experience of these lovely tasting pretzelshad the mini dogs and mini cheese and the cinnamon ones very yummy and moreish definitely recommend
