Had my youngest daughters ears pierced belatedly for her birthday. Lovely friendly staff who made the experience for her as easy and fuss free as possible. Gave sterling advice on aftercare and she got a discount for future earrings as part of the price. Very much appreciated and recommended.

I took my 9yr old son with me to the Bletchley branch to buy my mother a birthday gift and while there my son saw someone getting their ear pierced and asked if he could have it done and after much deliberation he decided to have his ear pierced. The staff member was very patient as my son was quite nervous about the process but still really wanted it doing. And after explaining the process to my son she placed the piercing gun on my sons lobe and said she would count to 3 which she did and was very reassuring and when there were no tears she was praising my son. Would highly recommend F.Hinds for ear piercings especially with children.

Went in today to look at one of the Citizen “Red Arrows edition” watches, spoke to Anne-Marie about it and she was absolutely brilliant, great customer service and I appreciate being given the trust to feel the watches too, much appreciated and I will be back once my payday comes! Thanks to all there!
