Micron House Care Home

Dont send anyone to this care home, we have had nothing but problems with them!! Mistreated my nan!! Call there self a care home i wouldnt send my dog there! VERY rude staff

Albeit my mother spent a short amount of time in Micron House the time she did have she settled in nicely which was due to the loving caring manor of all of the staff working at the home, the home itself is small and comfortable with a feeling of being home from home about it. Mom suffered with Vascular Dementia and on many occasions would be unsettled and disturbed spending many nights awake roaming around, she was always looked after through these times without issue or complaint. The manager is a true carer of people and understands the needs of family members as well as the person being cared for an absolute credit to the carer business. Highly recommended home for your loved ones to be comfortable and cared for exceptionally well with a feeling of being loved by everyone not just family members.

A wonderful and caring home for elderly ladies suffering from dementia.

My moms been a resident of Micron House since August 2021. She is very settled and content, the staff are brilliant with her and her needs. She is very well looked after and cared for in a warm and cosy environment, with just 9 other residents. Visitors are made to feel welcome at any time they visit by the friendly and hardworking staff. So glad that this care home was recommended to me.
