We have been having carpets from here for over 20 years. Andy is fantastic and almost knows what I want before I do! John has fitted carpets for us over many years to an incredibly high standard. Just had 2 bedrooms and 3 sets of stairs and two landings completed, again utterly professionally. Thanks again for everything. We wouldnt go anywhere else. Cath and Mike

After a recommendation, we visited Pete at the Carpet Inn shop in Kirkby Lonsdale.The choice of carpets was vast for such a cute, intimate shop.Pete was very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice. I gave Pete our room measurements but due to his high level of service insisted that he visited our home to measure up to maximise the carpet and minimise the waste. After we’d chosen our carpet Pete gave us a sample book to take home so we could decide on the colour. We were able to take our time deciding, placing different colours it next to our staircase to see if the colours worked. After delays with our building, Pete was so understanding and accommodating, and rearranging our fitting day.Finally the day arrived to fit our carpets. John and his team text the day before ( on a Sunday) to let us know what time to expect them. They were punctual, friendly and very respectful of our new build property with new paintwork and oak staircase. I felt so at ease I left them with a key and let them get on with the job. I came home to find they’d done an amazing job.The fitting, the choice of carpet, the communication, the service have all been outstanding. This is how all companies should operate.We’ve already recommended Carpet Inn to so many of our friends and family.

Absolutely amazing! From start to finish I can’t fault. I had to rearrange due to a problem with the move and it was no issue. The carpet installer was great and when it came to the installation of thewooden flooring I can’t thank them enough. When the old flooring was lifted, the floor was damp in the kitchen. They damp proofed, screeded and levelled the whole of downstairs and then layed the flooring which looks absolutely amazing!I honestly can’t rate them highly enough, I highly recommend!

We are very happy with our new carpets. We have used Carpet Inn for the last three house moves over the last 20 years plus. Andy is very approachable and friendly. John the carpet fitter is very good at what he does. Can highly recommend this company to do a fantastic job, at a good price.

We had new carpets fitted throughout the house and really happy with the quality and service. Fitters did a cracking job too - really conscientious as we had all the skirting and walls decorated a few days earlier. Definitely recommend

Had 2 carpets from this company now. The most recent was a runner carpet down the stairs. Full carpet on the landing. Very professional job and very well priced. Will defo use again and recommend to others.

Andy gives excellent advice and is very friendly and helpful. John and Mike the fitters are very professional, hard working and always leaves the house clean and tidy after they have finished.
