Carried out a full service and MOT of my 2006 Honda Civic.Excellent levels of service - friendly and professional - and very good value, including use of a loan car whilst mine was being worked on.Definitely one of the Good Guys.

I chose Chris Baker because of the good reviews and low prices. Unfortunately, I ended up with sloppy work.Firstly, I had the drum brakes changed but my car started making squeaking noises from the rear tyres after a couple of months with minimal driving. I took my car to another garage for a check up and they told me that the drum brakes weren't greased up properly and were roughed up.I also had the car serviced at Chris Baker's and specifically asked for an original toyota filter but got a cheap generic one, as I realised after I received the car.On the flip side, the service prices are pretty low but I guess you get what you pay for.

Great service, great value for money. Will fit you in for a quick repair. Diagnosed my squeaky brake problem and fitted new brake pads the next day. Now have annual service and mot with him. 10 out of 10.

I can't praise Chris Baker's Auto Service enough! Fantastic customer service and in this day and age, an auto business you can say you trust can be hard to come by. But this is definitely one you can trust, many members of my family use here and all are happy with the service they receive.

Fairly new to Norwich and took a chance on this place having seen other reviews. Wasn't dissapointed, very good garage, very thorough and very reasonable prices too. Will be going back to get my MOT done in a couple of months.

Came in on an emergency because my car started making a super weird noise (not the usual stone in pads noise) but that's what it was. The man fitted my car in on a busy day, and was super honest about what it was and didn't want to charge me for removing the tyre to get the stone out. Will go back when next need someone yo fix car. Trust.

I have been going to Chris Baker ever since I started driving on the recommendation of a friend and all of their family.They have always been fair with pricing and have detailed every aspect of the cost of any repairs or MOT I have had done. Even when I had an issue with could have cost me over £1000 to repair on a car which wasn't not worth it they performed a pre-inspection and called me to say I could stop with the repair at that point and only pay the inspection fee or they could continue with the repair but they highly recommended not doing so (which ultimately meant them losing out on a costly payday from me!).Whenever I have gotten a loan car from them they have always been clean and in good shape; there is no charge for the loan vehicle just as long as it is returned with the same level of fuel as it was provided with.I will always recommend Chris Baker to anyone who asks for a local garage and I wouldn't go anywhere else.(The only downside is no weekend hours but that's understandable as they're a small family owned business).

great service and very reasonable pricing for timing belt replacement. price paid was exactly what was quoted and completed in good time, would use again.
