Barrowland Park
Nice little “park-lette” with grass and trees. Not ideal for kids because there are no seats other than stone benches and no play equipment.

Barrowland Park
Park not what it once was and council have not been maintaining art work, which sadly means it’s now difficult to read some of the bands names. The park is still popular with locals and people coming to see the artwork, so it’s disappointing this has not been maintained to a better condition.

The pathways is fascinating for anybody who grew up in the late 70's and 80's and listened to a lot of the bands mentioned that had a gig at the nearby Barrowlands , path needs a bit of tlc but is a nice diversion for 1/2 an hour

An oasis in the city at the start of the Gallowgate. Was intended as a temporary park when the Commonwealth Games took place in 2014. Hope it stays permanently. Like the walkway showing artists who played at the Barrowlands.

Cute park basically in the city centre. Great for a quick break!

Barrowland Park is a small park at the eastern end of Glasgow city centre. Ordinarily it's something of an unknown park except for a bit of public art known as Jim Lambie’s Album Pathway, on one of the paved pathway in the park. It's basically a listing of the musical acts that have performed at the nearby Barrowland concert venue for the decades.Visit if you're a big music fan, otherwise I wouldn't go out of the way.

Simple well maintained park with terraces. Great venue for outdoor events. Dr Who stay phone box and nice slopes for kids.

This isn’t actually a park in the sense that it’s a project by GCC to use brownfield land as a green space until development is proposed for it, so it’s not really a “park” and more a grassy placeholder for something better. Hopefully one day someone builds something on the site since it’s a rather low budget attempt at avoiding urban blight. Still an ok attempt.
