I was looking to rent a tent for a festival, and from my very first contact I knew I had found a great company to deal with.Super friendly, great advice and options.I was upgraded on collection to a 5 man tent that was in great condition, spacious and easy to put up.I loved it so much, that instead of returning it, I ended up buying it from them. Thanks again to Rebecca at Ibex.First class people, first class service. 100% recommend.

We were staying in our caravan nearby and discovered that our propane gas regulator was leaking. A quick Google search showed Ibex Camping was the nearest shop and a search of their website showed that they had the correct regulator in stock. The shop is not really the kind of place to browse for items because most stock is in the store area, but the lady who greeted us was friendly and found the correct part quickly and it was reasonably priced too.

I ordered some replacement tent poles and Rebecca was extremely helpful from finding the right poles for me, down to carrying poles to my car. Would definitely recommend and will look them for any future spares.

I don't often write reviews but after receiving such fantastic customer service when I purchased an air tent from IBEX Camping, I felt it'd be rude not to!
