Have been attending Malton since it opened and very much in a set routine with it. You can just turn up, the workouts there for you all to do together. Everyone is friendly and encouraging and you have a laugh with the friends you make!

Compello Fitness Malton
Compello fitness is everything I have ever looked for in a gym. The small group training is ideal for me and means I can push myself whilst having a giggle with a group of friends. The coaches are really attentive to detail and form and are always there to encourage and help and give you that little extra motivation you need to push outside your comfort zone. It is a great balance of fun and fitness.

Now 6 months in can definitely so it’s not like your classic gym.Small friendly groups and a different exercise sequence each time so you never get bored with been stuck on the same machine.coaches are there to guide you and tweak the routine to suite or just to have a laugh with you.Would definitely recommend

Excellent facilities and structured sessions that are tailored by the coaches to each individuals abilities. Sessions are delivered in a professional and enthusiastic way with all the coaches highly knowledgeable. The gym itself is clean and well equipped whilst having a friendly and inclusive atmosphere from both the members and Compello Fitness team.
