Had a service & MOT done on my 18 year old Audi TT 3.2 and everything went smoothly! Had the car picked up early, phone call to run through what was found and how much it was going to be. I accepted the work and within a few hours my car was delivered back home. Great staff and the guy even said how mint my car was when he dropped it home! Would highly recommend!

Went in for a MOT and service and was pleasantly surprised at the treatment I was given. Was made to feel comfortable as I waited, though I had no where else to head I was welcome and never made to feel awkward. I was kept informed all the way through on the progress of the car and anything that was found at fault, even shown. They’d been highly recommended by other family members for trust, attitudes and general work, and I can understand why. Conversation was pleasant and the gent clearly struck me as a people person which I’ve found to be rare in these places after some horrific past experiences in other garages. My car was handled well and everything was broken down for me long before I paid for anything. Cars cost us all enough as it is, so facing that final bill, whilst not having to deal with sour attitudes made for a good change of pace. Would definitely recommend.

I did MOT and full car service £199 after that my car engine is more healthy, consuming let petrol. Use to i spent more money in petrol car didn’t get heat in winter time afterwards full service done I’m much more happy with car and P R Auto service.
