Richard was quick to answer my initial enquiry and helped us out short notice after our other hire machine broke down. He turned up at the time he said he would, quick to get the machine off and into position and operated the machine effortlessly. All round a very good experience and will be using again in the future.

This is a great alternative solution to scaffolding. I needed to replace quite a lot of slipped tiles on a very large, high roof with restricted access around the perimeter at ground level.Richard and Tom were super helpful and provided a first class service that included a very detailed operational training and on-site demonstration.Would absolutely use again in future.

Following the very sad death of Queen Elizabeth II and the instruction that flags were to be flown at half mast, we had an absolute disaster where the rope snapped and descended the pole. Following a late call to Up & Out Platforms we had a MEWP with operator with us a 08:30 the following morning and, despite torrential rain and our under-estimate of the height of the flagpole, the work was completed quickly, professionally and safely. It is a pleasure using Up & Out Platforms!

Richard and Tom replaced random broken tiles spread all over our roof at a fraction of the price we'd had previously quoted, then offered to trim some branches off a tree that were catching on our phone line into the house. We hired the 17m Cherry Picker with operator for one day for a tree surgery job in Tankerton and working with these guys was absolutely brilliant. We used Richard Green and his son Tom of Up & Out Platforms to carry out elevated maintenance remedial works to our chimney. Whilst on site, they also used the same access platform machine (cherry picker) to safely reduce the size of an out of control eucalyptus tree. Tom and Richard are son and father team of the family business which I found from the internet. We are so happy that they operated the cherry picker so well for reaching the chimney of installing a wood burner. They are very sensitive towards moving the platform in our garden and work well with our wood burner fitters and roofers. We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
