Merry Hill Post Office

First experience of using this post office, and will definitely be the last. Horrendous customer service! Would have given 0 stars if possible. Wouldn’t allow me to use my stamps as pre payment for my parcels as they don’t make any money off it. Superb agents for Royal Mail this place isComplaint will be going in to Head Office. If it improves the attitude of the stumpy lady in there then it’s will be a successful email

Staff are not friendly..man and his wife Should not work together. Bad vibes. Bring my spirit down.

Just a very uncomfortable experience .Rude , abrupt and I think his customer service is the worst I've ever encountered . If you don't like working at the post office then please do us all a favour and go.

Avoid Avoid AvoidCharges more than post office in compton when sending parcels, tried to charge me over £11 to send a parcel, so I took it compton same parcel just over £5Going to Report to Royal mailAlso The man who owns this shop is quite possibly the rudest person in Wolverhampton, has a attitude and problem with everyone and everything you ask him, speaks to people like are below him, doesn't deserve custom.

My first visit to this post office and will never use again. Despite posting hundreds of parcels a month at another post office close by with very few issues, I was rudely told by the man at the counter (when he could be bothered to look up from his phone) to post my own parcels in the post box outside. I didn’t have a problem with this but asked him about proof of postage to which he replied “we don’t issue it, it’s not worth our while, we don’t get paid to do it so why should we” ??? Just read other reviews on here and can see there is a pattern of this behaviour. Probably time to move on!

very grumpy, rude and refuse to accept large parcels complaining about they don't have space. I wouldn't recommend you use them.
