We discovered this Staple Hill culinary jewel this week and can't wait to go back! The food was absolutely beautiful and good value, especially with the Tuesday to Thursday deal. It was great to see the vegan choices rivaling the non-vegan in both quality and quantity. The cocktails were similarly delicious. We ate in the rear garden on a sunny evening which had a lovely atmosphere which was complemented by the friendly and attentive service. We can't recommend JK's too highly, you won't be disappointed.

A really friendly and enjoyable restaurant. The food and cocktails were both excellent. We were greeted warmly and service was excellent throughout. The standard of the food was great and I really recommend it for antidoting striking distance

Staple Hill's best kept secret. No pretentious frills, just great tasting food in a chilled friendly space. All the tapas we tried were incredibly tasty, served fresh and hot. The cod and asparagus was sublime, just cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly and attentive, definitely has a family run feel. Highly recommended.

We ate here on Saturday evening and will definitely be back. Amazing flavours in all the tapas dishes, attentive service and chilled ambience. All at a reasonable price.

Excellent tapas bar just off the main high street, offering up a beautiful selection of dishes and cocktails including Bristol’s best Pina colada. The Beef brisket was perfection and the chicken wings were fantastic. Great atmosphere and the staff were absolutely lovely, will definitely be returning soon!

Great little local independent restaurant. We had Vegan tapas, everything was delicious and interesting, different food obviously made my someone who really knows how to cook. Front of house charming, a nice place to spend time, all-round 5* experience.

Due to unforeseen sickness at jks the restaurant unfortunately had to close for the afternoon, so we were unable to have our 3pm reservation.However, we received a phonecall that morning apologising that our booking would have to cancelled.Totally understood and was sympathetic to the situation the resturant was in.We were luckily enough, to be in a position to change our reservation time and pushed it back a few hours.Considering the issue with staff absence, the service as always was 5*. The remaining staff obviously all pulled together and provided excellent customer care.The food as expected was fantastic, and cocktails amazing.Always happy to leave a great review as this resturant definitely deserves it.Thankyou Jack for another lovely visit.

Such a lovely little place with lots of heart and care put into it. 10/10 cocktails, perfect service. Really good food. Deserves all of these great reviews. Raspberry Margaritas were amazing can’t wait to go back for the Pina colada. Soon!!!
